Welcome to Manmarzi (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting manmarzi.in or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the store.

1. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We may accept or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, an out-of-stock item, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund it in full.

2. Made-to-order products
Every item is printed after you order it. For this reason, orders usually can’t be changed or cancelled once printing has started. If you need to change something, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try our best.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but this won’t affect orders already placed. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners, and we don’t store your card details.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

5. Product information and colours
We try to show our products accurately. Colours and prints may look slightly different on your screen than in real life, and small variations in printing and fabric are normal for printed garments. Please check the size chart before ordering.

6. Intellectual property
All designs, logos, text and images on this site belong to Manmarzi or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Your responsibilities
Please give accurate details when you order, including your name, address and phone number. We’re not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to harm its security.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Third-party services and links
We use third-party partners for payments, printing and delivery. We’re not responsible for the content or practices of any external websites linked from our store.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts in New Delhi.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its “Last updated” date, applies to your order.
